• Discount is given when two or more dogs are registered for the show during one registration (using one confirmation code). If dogs are registered in separate registrations (using separate confirmation codes) – discount is not given.

• Why can’t I choose my password?
  We want to make sure that you use a strong password and don’t use a password you already using on another website. This will help to ensure the security of your account and data it contains.


• I forgot my password and the password reminder function does not send me an email with the password
  Perform the following steps in order:
  • Make sure that you enter the exact email address that you used during registration
  • Check your spam folder, the email may have been delivered there
  • The password is sent by email, so there is a 5-120 second delay, you may need to wait
  • Try to remind the password again if you have not received the email within 5 minutes
  • After using the password reminder function three times and not receiving the email, contact „Debesiukas“ technical support
